Refund Policy

Cyotea is dedicated to providing only the highest quality products and we immensely value our customers' experience. However, because opened products cannot be repurposed, we do not honor returns or exchanges. We do honor refunds as a result of company error but not because of personal preference/taste. F ull and partial refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis predicated on the discretion of our team.

If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact us via email (cyoteaco@gmail.com) within 30 days of your order date. In the event that your product is faulty or does not match its description, a full or partial refund can be made to the original payment method.
