$4.99 flat rate standard shipping is available for all domestic orders. Cyotea reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier used to deliver all orders which can includes, but is not limited to, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground (see shipping timelines below). 

Free Shipping for Domestic Orders on $50+ Orders

Free shipping is available for all domestic orders over $49.99. Domestic orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99. Cyotea reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for all orders which includes, but is not limited to, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground (see shipping timelines below). Free shipping may not be available in combination with other promotions or coupons.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of $20. All duties and taxes due are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping cannot be applied to international shipping addresses. We will typically ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service, or USPS Priority Mail International but Cyotea reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier used to deliver all orders.

Domestic Estimated Shipping Timelines

A summary of the estimated shipping times is listed below. Orders are processed and can be shipped any day of the week. We typically aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days following placement, but occasionally due to unanticipated circumstances, order fulfillment can take up to 5 business days. All shipments are FOB Pittsburgh, PA.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days from day of shipment

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days from day of shipment

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days from day of shipment

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days from day of shipment

  • FedEx Ground: 1-7 business days from day of shipment
