Flavor Profile

This tea was created for my late Aunt Lilian who was an earnest, bold, and take-no-BS lavender farmer from Sequim, WA. The lavender in this blend emboldens the tea and the toasty and piney notes of the oolong add to the intensity. Rooibos is also added to smooth out the herbal and floral notes.
