Flavor Profile
Fun fact: a typical jasmine tea doesn’t contain actual jasmine flowers! It is a green tea base that is infused with jasmine as it blossoms (the flowers are discarded after.) We experimented with blending jasmine flowers with our Longjing green tea (which by itself already has jasmine flavors) and had great success. The flavors are light, yet the deep jasmine notes make for a classic feel.
